We are a manufacturer, with our own factory since 1991. We don't resell: every vacuum, water jetting and combination tank that leaves Jet do Brasil is designed and produced in-house, from cutting the steel plate to final assembly on the truck.

With over 3,000 m² of industrial floor space, our plant was designed to build high-performance equipment with full control over every step of the process. We use laser cutting machines, a CNC plate roller, an overhead crane and a complete production line to turn steel into robust, safe and durable equipment.
By producing everything in-house, we guarantee a higher quality standard, faster delivery, and the confidence of a company that has manufactured road implements since 1991.

Manufacturing stages
From engineering to the finished truck, every stage is carried out in-house with precision, technology and rigorous quality control. That's how we guarantee durable, safe equipment ready for heavy-duty work.

Engineering and Cutting
It all starts with the design. Steel plates are cut on high-precision equipment, ensuring a perfect fit and maximum structural quality.

Forming
The plates go through the CNC plate roller, where they take on the tank's exact shape, strictly following the engineering specifications.

Structural Welding
Each component is joined by specialized welders, forming a robust structure ready to withstand the harshest operating conditions.

Technical Assembly
Pumps, valves, piping, hydraulic systems and accessories are installed and adjusted by a specialized team, ensuring performance and reliability.

Inspection and Testing
Before delivery, every piece of equipment goes through a battery of inspections and operational tests to guarantee tightness, function and safety in the field.

Finishing and Painting
Surface preparation and high-durability paint provide protection against corrosion, an excellent finish and a longer service life for the equipment.
